Sletten Vikings 2026

Dear viking!

Welcome to the payment/sign-up site for vikings at Sletten 2026.

If you are here, you have recieved a link from your groupleader/contactperson and it is the final step in order to participate at Sletten. 

It is mandatory for all participants to go through this process, as we need both your personal contactinformation and payment in order for Sletten to happen.

You can either do it individually or multiple persons at once. 

All vikings must be part of a group who have made a succesful group registration and understand the the general code of conduct at Sletten.

Deadline for payment/sign-up must be completed by the 1st of May.   

TICKETS

There are different types of tickets:

- Halfweek (+13)

For participants, age 13 or older. The half week is Monday-Thursday or Thursday-Sunday. It is for participants wishing to join the event for a maximum of 3 nights. 

- Adult (13+) 

For participants, age 13 or older, wishing to join the whole week OR more than 3 nights a.i. "Wednesday to Sunday". 

- Younglings (0-2)

For infants. We do not charge any money, but will need to know that they are at the event in case of emergencies. 

- Children (3-12)

For children, age 3-12. Price is the same regardless of the amount of nights they stay.

- Horseriders (Horse Registration and optional choices. 

It is only for horseriders that are bringing a horse to Sletten. You must use this in if you are bringing a horse to Sletten and be a part of "Horseriders of Sletten".

PAYMENT

- You can pay either by creditcard or by invoice. We have "payment by invoice" mainly for international vikings and needs to be paid within 5 days. 

- There are no refunds after the 1st of June. After that, our budgets are locked. If you cannot attend after that point and you wish to sell your ticket, we must know who you are selling it to so we have an updated participant list. There will not be given extra space (m2) and they need to be part of a group currently attending Sletten.

CONCERNING PARTICIPANT STATUS

In order for us to know abit about the vikings attending, we need to know your main focus this year. It helps us in directing specific information to all of you.

We have the following participant status: 

Fighter - ONLY for fighters participating in training/battles. If you are a fighter, but not participating as a fighter this year, choose "Viking/None of the above". 

Craftspeople - If you have a craft that you are bringing to Sletten. Please write in the "Comments" what you are doing.

Merchant - For any who wish to trade at Sletten. You are only allowed to sell if your wares follow the general rules and principles of the event.

Horserider - If you are bringing a horse, choose this category. 

Viking/None of the above - For anyone who is not a part of a specific profession this year (family, friends, fighters not participating and such who is a part of your group).
